SAFETRACK® T-connector is a threaded stud-to-rail connection, used when a disconnectable bond is needed. T-connectors consist of a copper plate with a threaded stud on. Each plate is retained by one, two or four brazing pins and allows larger (up to 300 mm²) cable sizes to be used.
A very convenient way to attach signaling track circuits or ground/earth bonds to the track where only one side of the rail is exposed for bonding purposes.
To braze the largest T-connector, with 4 brazing pins, it takes not more than 1-2 min inclusive grinding for the earthing and brazing area. Product Sheet
